To accommodate time allotment for End-of-Course (EOC) Benchmark Exams, the testing schedule has been revised as follow:

• Students are REQUIRED to attend ALL high school exam sessions
• Bring FULLY CHARGED computer
• Car riders/drivers needing additional time for EOC Benchmark will be allowed to continue testing on the exam date
• Bus riders needing additional time for EOC Benchmark will immediately return the next day to finish the test
• APEX EXAMS will test on the day/date of the students' assigned Study Hall session (APEX Creative Writing Exam will test remotely on Jan. 4th.)
• ​Missed exams will be administered on Friday, Dec. 17th's Make-up date
  
• Bring reading material(s) to occupy self once you complete your exam
• Students will be DISMISSED from exams at 12:10 (to minimize testing distractions NO EARLY DISMISSALS DURING EXAM WEEK)
• ​Grades will be finalized at 3:00 pm, Monday, Dec. 20th - Missed assignments will be calculated as zero

• Phones will be collected during exam sessions
• Attendance will be taken during exam sessions

VGCC courses will begin on January 7, 2022

Return all SEM1 college textbooks by Jan. 6th
