Paws for PRIDE. . .

We are seeking one parent from each homeroom to fulfill the duties of Classroom Coordinator. Responsibilities may include:
- Party planning
- Coordinating parent volunteers
- Recruiting field trip chaperones

- This job can be performed at home (or work) without the need for CB Clearances.*

Southside Big and Small Learning Together. . .
Mrs. Schorpp's and Mrs. London's 4th grade classes skyped with their CB South Forum Buddies earlier last week. CB South students read to our 4th grade a book about the preamble in honor of Constitution Day.
This year many of our classes will buddy-up with CB South Forum Classes as a means to bring the Southside experience full circle. We are all very excited about the year ahead!
Home & School Association:
Fall Book Fair. . .
Saddle Up for the Scholastic Wild West Book Fair! The fair kicks off on Monday, October 9th and runs through Friday, October 13th. Thanks to the Home and School Association, each student will be given a six-dollar voucher to be used towards the purchase of a book. you are interested in volunteering at the fair please click here.
Race for Education . . .
Your Race for Education packet should have already made its way home.
Titus' Race for Education is our Home & School's major fundraiser, and together we can make it a huge success! See below regarding how EVERY dollar from our 2016-2017 Race for Education Campaign went right back into our school and community.
We Need Your Help. . .
Home and School will be in need of many volunteers for various tasks pertaining to Race for Education over the next few weeks. If you can spare an hour here or there, please come and help us out! Click here to see the various opportunities to volunteer.
