Just a reminder to all that Eveline will be joining Grade 8 on Monday 28 April. On that Monday, Eveline will have an Orientation, so she will be joining Owl Man's advisory group on Tuesday 29 April!

Easter Egg Hunt!

On Friday the 11th at 12:45 - 1:20 Halcyon will be having an electronic Easter Egg hunt organised by Emily Wilson!! To enter to win the grand prize you must donate £1 to TECHO and download a QR code reader app for your iPad. Hope to see you there!!

Photos, photos, photos!

Rachel Green will be taking extra photographs for the yearbook in the hub today break time and lunch time. She'll be using her beautiful camera, along with the green screen, so you can have some nice, high-quality photographs, with excellent backgrounds!

Term 2 Reports Available From next Friday

Friday, April 18th, 2pm


Second term reports will be available to view in Managebac from Friday 18 April. Parents will receive an email reminder when reports are published. The reports will show student achievement against the subject criteria which have been assessed in the second Term.

April Break Reading:

All Halcyon Students will receive a text to read over the April Break. These texts are directly connected to their curricula studies, and we encourage parents to assist their child with this reading. The following Scholastic Resource contains some excellent tips on how to engage with your child during reading sessions.

Upon their return to school, all students will complete a short digital book review on our Halcyon Community GoodReads Board. If you have not yet joined our Halcyon GoodReads Community, you may sign up here or, if already a member, connect to our group here.

Important date: Parent-Student-Teacher Conferences

Thursday, May 8th, 3-4:30pm

Halcyon London International School

The conferences will be led by the students who will share their work and progress with parents in each subject. More details about arrangements will be forthcoming, but parents do not need to make appointments and can move freely from classroom to classroom with their child. The conferences will conclude with a Halcyon School Choir performance at 1630-1645 in the Council Room.
