Procedure for applying and visas
We welcome you to Conservatory Prep Schools
Conservatory Prep Schools is an ideal place for an International student. Aside from our warm climate, the class size is no larger than 15 students with a total population of under 30. Our students are welcoming and eager to learn from you. Conservatory Prep teaches through the visual and performing arts and through problem based learning. Never a dull moment and you will make friends to last a lifetime.
Our international students do not live in dorms, but rather with local families who will feed you, drive you and allow you to participate in family life.
Step One:
Fill out the following application forms online:

Step Two:
Once the forms are received, the next step is the interview process either by phone or skype.
Step Three:
___ Two Letters of Recommendation
___ Writing sample
___ Transcripts from last 3 years
___ Copy of passport from student and parents
___ Parents will need to provide evidence of financial support in the amount of $23,000 for the 2015 - 2016 school year.
___ An address for the local host will need to be provided. Students in need of homestay housing will need to contact Homestay-Florida to make arrangements.
Step Four:
__ A contract will be sent to the parents. After the contract has been signed by the parents and returned with the $1500 non-refundable international student enrollment fee, the I-20 paperwork for the F-1 visa will be issued.
Step Five:
___ You will now need to take the I-20 paperwork to the nearest U.S. Embassy or consulate to apply for the F-1 Visa. This process may take several weeks depending upon your location, so plan ahead.
