It's National AP Week!
Assistant Principals play a significant role in the overall academic achievement of students nationwide. Together let's celebrate the passion, commitment, and support Mrs. Brown and Mr. Serpas bring to Hearne each day!
Congratulations and Thank You!!
- Ms. Zamora, our Family Center Laision, on her recent promotion to Risk Management Secretary! We are very happy for you and wish you all the best in your new role! Her last day at Hearne will be on Thursday, April 18th. We will have cake and punch in the lounge on Thursday, April 11th to celebrate this great news!
- Ms. Florence on welcoming 2 grandchildren in the past few weeks. She is a proud grandmother and is excited for the summer months so she can spend more time with her lovely grandbabies!
- Ms. Hamilton on welcoming a handsome grandson a few weeks ago. She is also a proud grandmother and is spending every additional minute outside of work helping him become the next Bill Gates Scholar!
We extend our THANKS to:
- Ms. Barker for responding to our campus need and teaching Ms. Whelan's class over the past 6 months. We appreciate all you have done to help our students grow this year! Ms. Whelan has decided to retire this school year so Ms. Barker can no longer sub in this position because she too is retired. It's not goodbye because we know we will see you at Hearne again! Ms. Barker's last day is Friday, April 12th. The 2nd-grade team will share more information with the campus soon!.

- Welcome students at your doorways at 7:40 AM daily.
- Plan ahead to ensure you arrive to campus before your scheduled duty begins.
- The expectation is for all staff to use it daily to sign in and sign out.
