Mark Your Calendars!

Adulting | Making Your Money Work for You

Wednesday, February 27
11:30am-12:30pm, Fallon Room, Student Center 3rd Floor

Join your fellow students for this workshop presented by alum Lawrence Sasso, MSM, CLU, ChFC, a financial services professional with over 28 years of experience. Participants will leave this workshop knowing how to create a budget and build a small emergency fund. You will also learn some basics of investing and how a small investment can grow over time. Sasso will share tips and tricks that are detailed in his book, Get In the Game: The Young Adult’s Guide to baseball, Softball, Personal Finances, and a Balanced Life.

The Office of Student Involvement and Leadership Development provides a comprehensive co-curricular student experience through leadership development, involvement opportunities, and a diverse array of social, cultural, and educational programs for the entire Worcester State community. All of our programs challenge and encourage students to become empowered, inclusive, and knowledgeable future community and global leaders.
