God Bless You Mrs. Holland and Mrs. Shean

As we close out our final days of school in 2021, we must say goodbye to two amazing people on our staff.

Our beloved art teacher, Mrs. Holland, is retiring and will not be returning in January. We are grateful to her for sharing her strong passion for art with our students. We have been blessed to learn from her and wish her the very best as she embarks on retirement.

Mrs. Janmarie Shean, PreK 3 teaching assistant, will not be returning in January. She has been accepted to nursing school and will begin her studies in January. While she has only been here a short time, we appreciate her love and compassion that she shared for her students. We wish her the very best and are happy to know that she will still be a part of our SJCS family as her children remain students here.

To both Mrs. Holland and Mrs. Shean, thank you and God Bless you on all future endeavors. You will be greatly missed.

welcome mr. pack and mrs. beeman

Please join us in welcoming Mr. Pack and Mrs. Beeman to St. Joseph Catholic School faculty!

Mr. Pack has accepted the position of long term sub for Art for the remainder of the school year. Mr. Pack has a passion for art and is excited to share it with our students. Mr. Pack took many art classes at Florida Southern. He served in the Army for 32 years, with his highest rank as Lieutenant Colonel. Mr. Pack is married to our resource teacher, Mrs. Pack. Together they have two children who attended St. Joseph Catholic School. Mr. Pack has spent the last week with Mrs. Holland learning the ropes and getting to know our school. We are excited to have him!

Mrs. Autumn Beeman has accepted the position of part-time teaching assistant in PreK 3. Mrs. Beeman taught first grade for 32 years in the public school system. Her granddaughters, Ava and Leah, attend St. Joseph Catholic School. Along with her incredible experience, she brings an excitement for learning and a love of children to our preschool team. Mrs. Beeman has spent some time recently in the 3 year old classroom getting to know the students and routine. Welcome Mrs. Beeman!

These book boxes and books will be given to area preschools as an interactive reading activity to help promote the love of reading for the students. Your dress down donation from last week will go to help purchase the remaining books we need for this project. Thank you!

St. Joseph Prayer

O Blessed Joseph, faithful guardian of my Redeemer, Jesus Christ, protector of Mary, the virgin Mother of God, I choose you this day to be my special patron and advocate and I firmly resolve to honor you all the days of my life. Therefore, I humbly ask you to receive me as your client, to instruct me in every doubt, to comfort me in every affliction, to obtain for me and for all the knowledge and love of the Heart of Jesus, and finally to defend and protect me at the hour of my death. Amen.
