THE LION'S ROAR!
January 12, 2024
FROM OUR PRIDE LEADER
Dear Norris Community,
We finally finished a full week of school! Students are getting back into the swing of routines and expectations. This week, we had a great opportunity to listen to the Bryan Elementary African Ensemble perform their concert!
Please join us on
Thursday, February 1 4:15- 6:00 p.m
for our first combined School Improvement Team & PTO Meeting. All parents/ guardians are welcome! We will be digging into our Engagement Survey. If you have never joined a School Improvement or PTO Meeting this would be a great one to start with. Come learn how we work together as Team to meet the needs of our Norris Community!
Have a great weekend!

SPARK SCHOOL YEAR PROGRAM
Spark is our before and after school program at all 25 Millard Elementary schools.
We provide a safe and fun environment for all students to participate in academic, leisure and recreational activities outside of the traditional school day. There are several benefits to your child joining a before and after school program.
Studies have shown that students in before and after school programs are more
likely to have increased academic performance, improved attendance and are
excited to learn and achieve.
Students participate in a variety of extended learning activities to help them discover their interests as well as hands on enrichment activities that encourages kids to explore, unstructured time, outside play, a homework hangout and more!
