Meal Information

Throughout the pandemic, we want to make sure we help meet the basic needs of our children. Millard Public Schools Food Service is providing grab-and-go breakfast and lunches free of charge at eleven schools. No paperwork is required. Meals are Monday through Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at the following locations:


  • Keith Lutz Horizon High School
  • Millard North High School
  • Millard South High School
  • Central Middle School
  • Millard North Middle School
  • Cody Elementary
  • Disney Elementary
  • Holling Heights Elementary
  • Rockwell Elementary
  • Sandoz Elementary

Last Day of School

The last day of school for Seniors will be Tuesday, May 12th. The last day for all students will be Thursday, May 14th. Schools will be in touch about schedules and procedures for returning materials. We wish everyone a safe and healthy summer.

Early College High School Report

Millard South's Early College High School is now in its fifth year, and recently underwent a program evaluation. By district policy, all programs are evaluated in their fifth year. The Board of Education received the results last night. Some key findings for those who completed the program included:


  • More than 90% participated in at least one extra-curricular activity.
  • Most worked 11 to 20 hours per week.
  • Most planned to attend school in Omaha or elsewhere in Nebraska.
  • Most students reported they studied on average 6 to 10 hours a week.
  • 93% shared that they took the most challenging courses in high school.

Summer School Modifications

Due to COVID-19, Summer School has been modified and will be held remotely. The Board heard plans for summer school during last night's meeting. Classes will be three hours long in blocks of 12 for Middle School or 24 sessions for Elementary SLAM (Summer Literacy And Math) and High School. STEM Summer School has been canceled. Families will be refunded tuition for canceled classes.
