Herman Cain

Herman Cain
Herman Cain could better his leadership skills by thinking before he speaks. He offended many people when referred to Uzbekistan as insignificant. He also joked about building an electrical fence on the United States border. This also offended many immigrants and the rest of the population who wanted people to be able to move to the United States. His flat tax plan was also unclear so people did not know much about him. He could have avoided losing support for his campaign by thinking things through and being kinder to everyone in general. I could have convinced the public that he was ready by having a one on one conversation with him explaining that he needed to be kinder about his words and think of everyone he is talking to.
Richard Nixon
The leadership skill that Richard Nixon struggled with was being honest and having integrity. He committed a lot of crimes throughout his career such as the Watergate scandal and stealing money from the IRS and the possibility of more. To convince the public to forgive him he would have to prove himself worthy and make up for his mistakes.
