The Lincoln Lightning

"Your SPARK of information!"

April 14th, 2022

Dear Lincoln Families,

It's a short week (and so is next), so I will keep this message short and simple. Enjoy your family time over this long weekend. As my youngest is preparing to graduate from high school this year, I realize how important it is to create memories and cherish every moment.

As always, please feel free to reach out at any time with thoughts, questions, and ideas.

In Partnership,

Michelle Miner, Ed.D

Principal, Lincoln Elementary

Congratulations to the heart of Lincoln School, Anne Janssen, on her upcoming retirement! We are so thankful for her many years of service and the SPARK she has brought with her to work every single day. We also congratulate Jennifer Pionek, who will be stepping in to fill Anne's shoes. We know she will do an outstanding job!

REMINDER: After-school Playground Supervision - It takes a 'Tosa' Village!

We have no after-school supervision. Children are allowed to stay and play if they are being supervised or if they have already checked in with their family. Please be aware that our playground is open to the public during non-school hours and is treated as a public park. Our playground guidelines are posted but we do not provide supervision to enforce them. It is our hope that our Lincoln students will continue to show their SPARKs and follow the expectations of fairness, kindness, and inclusion that we promote during the school day.
