From the Office:
Celebrate Windsor-
Does your family have a tradition that represents your culture, or something that you do as a family year after year? Please send us a photo celebrating that tradition and we will add it to our Celebrate Windsor display located by the gym. Also, if you could let us know where your family originated we want to celebrate all of our diversity as well! Please see the attachment that you can add to your photo. Please know that we will not be returning any of the photos. If you participated last year, we still have your information/photo on our display!
BeYOUnique: Each week we will be celebrating our YOUniqueness by sharing quotes that students wrote in response to the prompt: Everybody is unique in their own way. We all have different abilities and talents. What make you unique? Abby wrote: "I am unique because I could work on a craft for a day or days without giving up!"
ASSESSMENT Winter Season: MAP testing starts next week for grades 3-5. Classroom teachers will let you know the date and time your child's test. Students in other grades may be assessed using AIMSweb for reading or math fluency.
Reminder: Winter Vacation is from December 23-January 6th. We return to school on Monday, January 7th.
Lost and Found: We will be putting out items that are lost beginning Monday, December 17th. We will be packing up the items to take to rummage on Friday, December 22nd.
Please put your names on your students winter clothing items!
Items left at home: If your children leave any items at home- boots, gloves, snow-pants, etc. and you bring them to school, we will put the items into their grade level bins in the office. So, please let your children know if they notice they are missing something, to come to the office to collect it. With the snow, we have been interrupting instruction multiple times a day and we cannot continue to do that. THANKS for your cooperation.
New students to Windsor received a Windsor Wildcats I honor the Wildcat Way tee shirt. If your child, new to Windsor this year, did not receive one, please contact Mrs. Fabrizio.

DELA OFICINA:
Celebre Windsor-
Fabrizio.
