World IP Day
On April 26, a group of business students participated in World IP Day. Launched in 2000 and celebrated all over the globe, World IP Day promotes the education of intellectual property as it pertains to creative ideas, including music, art, trademarks, writings, and inventions. Throughout the day, students participated in small-group workshops focused on copyrights, trademarks, and patents relating to business plans.
The group also heard a great keynote presentation regarding automation and its future from MOBI co-founder Josh Garrett (pictured right).
