#3 Become familiar with the Get Fit Page

1. Duplicated information is often on the Get Fit and Boot Camp pages. If you stick with the Get Fit page, you'll have all of the information.

2. Running Club page has running-specific information but that information is also sometimes duplicated on the Get Fit and Boot Camp page for advertisement purposes of their events. If you want to ask running specific information, this is your best forum.

3. There are files attached to the Get Fit page.

4. Posts can become buried. The post at the top is the one that was most recently commented on...but with 500 people, posts fall down the list quickly. Scan down the list to see what has been posted.

5. Mel posts weekly updates and expects everyone to read them. These usually come on Sundays or early Monday morning. Be sure to read and like her update before posting questions about the week's challenges, weigh in times, etc.

6. There is typically a pinned post on the Get Fit page. Be sure you read that one. If Mel pins it, it's important.

7. When you get comfortable, chime in.
