The Oregon Coast Culinary Institute is located in Coos Bay, Oregon. Coos Bay has a population of 16,060 and is the largest city on the Oregon Coast. Coos Bay is a beautiful place with the ocean, the forest surrounding you and the grand Oregon dunes.
It is a year round program and cost $12,000 for the one year program and $24,000 for the two year program. Other cost are for your chef uniforms, a knife kit, all of the food needed for your class, and your books. The baking and pastry program teaches about breads, cookies, cakes and other pastries. The teacher to student ratio is 20-25 students to 1 teacher.
There are on the campus jobs including: student ambassador, working on the garden or in the greenhouse, administration and cleaning.
