February's Theme is Resilience
This month the theme is “Resilience”.
Resilience is interesting, because it is defined as both strength and flexibility, the ability to withstand pressure and the quality of bouncing back to integrity and wholeness after a pressure or deformation.
Resilience is also a major focus of parenting and education these days! For kids, it's all about growth mindset, learning from failure, and being able to ask for help. Read more here.
