How to Protect Your Heart

-Eat a healthy diet that is low in salt, low in fat, saturated fat, and cholesterol.

-Take a brisk walk (10 minutes, 3 times a day, 5 days a week)

-Don't smoke

-Chest pain/discomfort

-Upper body pain/discomfort in the arms, back, neck, jaw, or upper stomach

-Shortness of breath

-Nausea, lightheadedness, cold sweats
