We made it... ALMOST!
The expectation this week is that the students complete the Memory Book attached and play the different Math Games attached. If you are unable to print these resources and did not pick them up, we will have a digital copy available in Google Classroom for the students Monday morning.

An important note about district-owned Chromebooks: The Chromebook, charger, and case all must be returned to the school unless other arrangements have been previously made. In an effort to minimize contact, when you arrive at school to return these items, please unzip the case to show both the Chromebook and charger before handing it to a staff member.

A note from a Junior High Student
I am an 8th grader from Jefferson Jr. High. I hope you and your family are doing good during the quarantine. We are getting close to the end of the year and if you are a 6th grader now who will be moving onto Jefferson, don't worry it isn't hard, and going to middle school is a lot of fun. If you are staying at your elementary school because you are not a 6th grader keep going and have fun in school. Make sure to learn and enjoy it. Now, I think we are all getting bored. If you are bored and not sure what to do here are some ideas.
1. Draw something.
2. Watch a fun movie.
3. Cook something.
If you have an instrument, play it and practice with it.
4. Play a board game.
5. Get in contact with a friend.
6. Have a family game night.
7. Try something new.
8. Exercise.
9. Spend time with a pet.
10. Write something.
11. Do crafts.
12. Play with some toys.
13. Make up a game.
14. Listen to music.
15. Try an experiment.
16. Talk with your relatives over the phone.
17. Do a show and tell with your family.
18. Take a walk.
19. Dress up.
20. Do indoor camping. Set up some sleeping bags inside and have fun.
I hope this list helped you. By the way. If you are worried about the virus it is ok. We are all going to be okay and this will end. Listen to your parents and we will all be okay. Don't think about it too much and enjoy spending time with your family. Try some things on the list I have or make up your own list. I hope your day has been great.
Stay safe and have fun!
