Access your Back Office
To access the back office, visitwww.origamiowl.com and click the Designer Login link in the lower right hand corner.

HINT: If you have not yet received your designer #, you can also log in using the first part of your website name that you selected during enrollment. Example: My website is kirstenmarie.origamiowl.com which means that my user name is kirstenmarie

Business Cards
Business cards from any other suppliers are NOT permitted, including cards that are printed on your home printer.
Business Supplies and Display Items
Order Entry
If you'd like to place an order for jewelry, business supplies or display items, log in to your backoffice and click Orders and then click New Designer Order. Enter your designer id and password again and you will be taken to the designer shopping cart. When you order jewelry through the Designer shopping cart, your discount is given upfront.
Your First Jewelry Bar
Once you have booked the first jewelry bar, contact her again, to set up a time to review how to create a booking in your backoffice and tips for entering your first orders.
Frequently Asked Questions
Designers earn 50% commission on sales of charms, dangles, plates and 30% on lockets, chains and tags. Order products at wholesale cost and sell at your parties or in one on one design consultations and keep the profit at point of sale: Commissions from customer sales on your website are paid weekly (orders are tracked weekly through Saturday Midnight and commissions paid the following Friday, via PayQuicker on a VISA card you will receive from Origami Owl. After signing as a designer, you will receive an email from PayQuicker and instructions on how to sign up. There is also a FAQ in the back office if you need further help.
Leadership bonuses are paid monthly the 10th of month following. (Please see Career Plan PDF)
Requirements to remain active
Designers are required to have $199 in wholesale purchases every 6 months.

Hostess Rewards
Origami Owl offers generous hostess rewards plan. Visit the website to find the current rewards as they are updated quarterly. Visit your O2 lounge section to find the most up to date hostess rewards flyer.
Website Fees
Designers have access to a state of the art eCommerce website that can be used to market your business. The first 365 days of the fee is included in your enrollment kit fee and includes the eCommerce site, basic back office (includes resources) and Newsletter subscription. Upon your 12 month, a $99 renewal fee will be charged and will cover the next year of service.

To contact The Nest, use the contact us link found on http://www.origamiowl.com/contact/. Once you are on the contact us link, click the link to the contact form and select Designer and then select the topic that pertains to your inquiry.
Missing Items
In the event that an item is missing from your starter kit or any of your orders, complete the Missing Items form and email it to missingitems@origamiowl.com or use the contact us link, select Designer and then select Missing Item. All missing items must be reported within 7 days of receiving the order. NOTE: The missing items form is under Business Materials in the O2 Lounge. Be sure to check frequently for any updates to the form.
Returns/Replacements/Exchanges/Refunds
In the event that an item needs to be returned or exchanged due to damage or change of mind, the replacement form needs to be completed and returned to The Nest along with the damaged or returned items. The address is on the form. NOTE: The replacement form is under the resources section of in the backoffice.... look under business materials. Be sure to check frequently for any updates to the form.
Other Flyers & Marketing Materials
Designer are encouraged to use the pre-designed flyers, images and templates in the O2 Lounge, however, if you choose to create any of these items on your own, you must follow the O2 Look Guidelines found on the O2 Look document
Please remember that Designers are NOT able to order business cards from another supplier. All business cards MUST come from Flyers Direct .
