Attending CORE Training 2016

Twelve chapters and fifteen advisors will be attending Chapter Officer Retreat for Excellence this year! Student sessions will focus on building team strengths, time management, personal leadership development, and communication skills.

Advisors will review elements of the Chapter Incentive Program, have presentations from EF Tours, State Association of Parliamentarians, Chapter Management, and MBA curriculum resources. Our HOSA Advisor session will be at 3pm (if you can't attend CORE, I'll mail you any materials shared), and the state officers will conduct the brief HOSA meeting at 4pm before we all return safely home.

2016-2017 State Officers!

Make sure your student leaders meet their state officers at CORE!

Chapter Management...Are You Establishing Committees?

Getting every student involved is part of a student-led organization! After bylaws are adopted and reviewed for the year, and the Program of Work is developed, it becomes clear what the priorities and needs will be...students can sign-up for committees and to be the committee chairs. This increases the leadership capacity, since not everyone will be an officer, and more work gets done!
