They combine fitness, fundraising and leadership into a powerful united event that builds students’ character education.
Thank You!
The Violet Elementary PTO would like to extend it’s most sincere gratitude to AR Workshop Pickerington, Combustion Brewery and Taproom, and Smokeout BBQ for their generous donations toward our school’s silent auction contribution for the 2022 Pickerington Education Foundation Charity Dinner and Auction which will be held November 5, 2022. Proceeds from this event provide grants to Pickerington teachers and buildings for a variety of classroom projects. With the kindness of these local businesses, our school was able to submit a silent auction prize valued at $235!
If you are interested in attending this wonderful community event, learning more about it or participating in it’s silent auction/reverse raffle, please visit the Pickerington Education Foundation webpage and see the information included in this newsletter.

How Pickerington Schools Has Managed Its Resources Wisely
As you consider the Pickerington Schools bond issue on the Nov. 8 ballot, it is important that we share information about how wisely the district has managed its resources over the past dozen years. Pickerington Schools has not sought levies for operations from the community since August of 2011. During that period of time, the district has consistently carried adequate operating reserves to meet its needs. For the 2020-21 school year, the district spent the 3rd lowest among its comparison peers in expenditure per pupil.
