Lunch Monitors Needed for Next Year

Dress Code

As the weather is getting warmer, I wanted to provide some reminders from our Student Handbook:

Short shorts (fingertip rule), spandex shorts, tank tops and spaghetti straps ( must follow the 3 finger rule), shoes without backs, and bare midriffs are not allowed.

Calendar for Next School Year

2016-2017 Calendar: A calendar for the 2016-2017 school year is now available! You can view an outline of the complete calendar by clicking here. Building and program specific calendars, as well as a complete calendar for our current school year, are all available from the calendar page of our district website.

Calling in Absences

Absences must be called in to the safety check line 248-549-4968, option 1. Calling or emailing teachers does not excuse your child's absence. Sometimes the teacher may be out or not able to check his or her email in a timely fashion and the office will not get the message. Please take the time to call in your child's absence.

Students who are Sick

Just a reminder that children who are sick should remain at home. Students should be fever and symptom free for 24 hours prior to returning to school. This will help to keep any illnesses from spreading to others. Don't forget to call the office and report any absences!
