Shout-Outs
- Shout-out to our Freshmen Students of the Week from last week! Perla Gonzalez Roman came to us from Chapman Middle School. Next year, she will be in the Cosmetology tech program. In her free time, she enjoys helping her mom clean and cook and spending time with her three sisters. Her favorite teacher here at Lee is Ms. Simpson because she helps her a lot with understanding the work. After graduating from Lee, she wants to go to cosmetology school. Gregory Mitchell comes to us from Whitesburg Middle School. Next year, he plans to join the football team. In his free time, he enjoys cooking, going outside, and roller skating. His favorite teacher here at Lee is Ms. Jiang because she is nice. After graduating from Lee, he wants to go to college and major in a science or a math related field. Congratulations to both of them for living out our #FamiLEE values so well!
We enjoyed celebrating Senior Night for the Varsity Girls Basketball team on Friday! Shout-out to our seniors Trinity Princival, Rahkiyah Taplin, and Jakenadi Powers!
Shout-out to the Bowling Team! We had two players bowl their personal best, Jeremiah Dancy bowled a 201 against Buckhorn and Destini Appleton bowled 179 in our match against Grissom and James Clemens. On Monday our girls and boys beat Grissom. On Wednesday our boys beat Buckhorn bowling a 1107. Way to go!!!
