Textile Recycling Bin at Nashoba

Former LBMS student Maddie Oxnard is now the co-captain of the Nashoba High School Green Team and is happy to announce that the high school has recently acquired a recycling bin for clothes, shoes, and linens! It is located right outside of the high school parking lot and accessible to anyone! Recently Massachusetts banned the disposal of textiles, so this bin is an excellent way to dispose of old or ruined clothing without having it end up in a landfill or natural environment. You can go to baystatetextiles.com to learn more about how the clothes are recycled and what can be recycled!
