What is Executive Functioning?
Executive Function skills are self-management skills that help students (and adults) achieve goals. In order to be effective, students must be able to manage their emotions, focus attention, organize and plan their work and time, and reflect upon and revise their tactics as circumstances change. As the demands of school increase each year, having well developed Executive Function skills becomes critical in order to perform well in school.

Organizing Your Thoughts
Freemind allows you to diagram out your thoughts in a number of different formats.
Managing Emotions
Smiling Mind was developed by educators and psychologists, this meditation-focused app offers programs for people of all ages (as young as 7 years old), and each one is aimed at relieving the pressures and stress of everyday life.
Planning
With My Study Life you can view your upcoming tasks and classes with month and week views, as well as detailed daily views with building numbers, times, and more. The "Tomorrow" feature allows students to show how many classes you have on the next day, the tasks you have due, and if you have any exams.
Self Reflection
Mitra app helps you find a better alignment between your core values and your daily life. Learn how your emotions impact your ability to live and lead based on Integrity, Community, Courage, or whatever values you care the most about.
Paying Attention
30/30 is the app that lets you create tasks and assign a length of time to accomplish them. Just enter the task and deadline, and start the timer. You can add tasks so the timer prompts you to move on to the next task at the right time.
