SRES Hybrid Schedule Information
With the Hybrid Model starting September 21, there are many health and safety protocols that need to be honored at SRES. Students will begin learning all of the new expectations next week facilitated by their teachers.
Below are several important protocols to get us started.
Dropoff/Pick-up: The classrooms and teachers will be available for dropoff at 7:40 a.m. each day. Since campus access is limited to students and staff, please do not gather on campus or outside the classroom at any time. See the map linked here for SRES Drop Off/Pick Up Procedures. You will see there are three dropoff zones designated by grade level.
Daily Wellness Check: Complete a wellness check at home before coming to school using the guidelines for Student Self or Parent/Guardian Screening Check List. If your student(s) has any symptoms indicated on this list, they need to stay home. Please contact the office regarding the student absence.
Face masks: Face covering Guidance from CDPH Students are required to wear masks. Students with disabilities and mental health conditions may be able to have a waiver signed from their physician. We encourage you to begin practicing wearing a mask now if you have not done so already.
Preventative Measures: Review the following preventative measures with your students including distancing, hand washing, and covering a cough or sneeze: Protecting Yourself from COVID-19 Poster (Student)
What to bring? If your student has an RUSD technology device(s) or their own device such as a Chromebook, please be sure to have students bring those each day as well as a snack, a water bottle, and don’t forget a mask. School lunch will continue to be provided for free until further notice.
Please see the RUSD School Reopening Guidance for more information.
