San Diego Gymnastics are family owned gymnastics facilities for children 9 months to 18 years old. We have three great locations. Our first location opened in March of 2008 at Liberty Station in Point Loma. Our second location opened in April 2013 in the Otay Ranch Town Center in Chula Vista and we proudly announced our third location at the Grossmont Center Mall in August of 2017.

San Diego Gymnastics has brand new state of the art equipment. Children work out on age appropriate equipment and coaches use spotting tools to teach children the appropriate progressions to safely learn each skill. We follow a strict cleaning schedule, equipment check schedule and have lesson plans that incorporate each event for every level of classes.

Our goal is to provide a safe, fun and encouraging environment for kids to learn gymnastics and tumbling. Gymnastics has so many benefits, from all around fitness to improving the key ingredients to excel at any sport. Strength, flexibility, balance and self-confidence are just a few.
