6 for 10 Partnership Update
#MarchIsTheMonth
Hello my Lovely Partners!
I hope you all are doing well and have had an amazing couple of months in the new year! It is officially March and AIESEC US is gearing up to enter our biggest matching peak ever. As I've mentioned before, this is a new oGC in the United States. Since January 1st, we have been operating fully on the open platform, instituting a new customer flow and payment structure for our EPs. Overall, the function has experienced 140% growth in matches term to date. We grew by 400% in matches in February, have managed to push our operational timeline up by a month, and I am projecting that we will (at least) double our exchange results from last year during this summer peak, achieving a minimum of 800 RE. Erase any previous expectations you have of AIESEC in the United States because we are here to achieve this year; and we are so excited to achieve with you and to have you as our valued country partner!
Our Website is Live!
In case you missed it, our Six for Ten website is officially live! This year we are branding all of our oGC programs in the guise of SDG 10, as we strive to make a truly lasting impact in our communities and break the mindset of complacency and isolationism within the US.

Welcome the #6for10 Program Managers!
Each one of these individuals is responsible for the IR, expectation alignment, co-branding, and co-delivery of one of our partnerships. They will be reaching out this week to get in touch with you and your NST to finalize everything for our partnership this summer. March 14th is a very important date for us. Since we have managed to push our operational timeline to start peak matching peak in the month of March, we are trying to have as many EPs and opportunities available to match this month as soon as possible so that we can continue to drive operations and capitalize on our accelerated timeline! Because of this, we need as close to 100% of our IR finalized by March 14th to ensure the success of our partnership and cooperation for summer realization. Our market needs information early, so the sooner we can fill out our partnership tools and get the TNs updated on our website, the more EPs we can guarantee to your country. Please expect the country managers to be following up with you or your NST about this.
Impact That Matters
This year we are truly trying to simplify our operations and focus on what truly matters. The experience of the EPs and the leadership development that they get through their experience abroad are our first priority because we believe that these experiences are what will eventually transform our country into a more inclusive and equal place. This is why are are deeply committed to ensuring positive customer experiences and sending as many people abroad as possible through this project. We are building a virtual EP lead learning and development cycle and utilizing our program managers to ensure quality delivery and preparation. We are aligning our product with the SDGs to raise the most awareness of this project as possible. All in all, we are pretty pumped and proud of our #6for10 initiative, and I hope that you all are too.
