Stress is...

an emotional strain and the body's way of getting ready to deal with a tough situation. Stress can be caused by many different things depending on the person. Everybody also deals with their stress differently. There is good and bad stress. Good stress is when you worry about stuff you should be worrying about like if you didn't stress about getting up to get ready in the morning, you would probably be late everyday. Depression, grief or even guilt can cause stress. That is the bad stress.

Get help

If you don't find healthy ways to deal with stress, you can get sick. You can start going into depression and it will only get worse if you don't talk to somebody. There are many people you can go to for help and comfort. For example, you could talk to a parent, a teacher, or a counselor.
