By: Ryan LordSpring has given me a chance to get outside and practice my favorite flips. This is really all it takes...
Step 1: Look at an object in front of you.
Step 2: Bend your knees like you're about to jump.
Step 3: Throw your arms up in the air, jump up, and start to lean back. (Do this a couple times to get the feel of the backflip.)
Step 4: Lean back, jump up, and tuck your knees into a ball.
Step 5: Hold your tuck until you see the ground. Then let go.
Once I was 117 YEARS old??
By: Amanda Burris
Violet Mosse Brown (left) is the oldest woman alive. The previous record holder, Emma Morano, passed away this week. Emma was the last human being still alive born in the 1800's.Violet Brown was born March 10, 1900 and lives in Jamaica. This story made me think about just how long ago 1900 was and I wanted to share my findings. What has happened in the last 117 years? Here's a look at what Violet saw for herself!
