In loving Memory of Emma Warren
To mark the first anniversary of the tragic death of Emma, we are holding a memorial tomorrow, Thursday 27 September 1:30pm here at Inglewood Primary School Dell.
We will start with a Karakia and Waiata.
This will be followed by a few words, bubbles and the planting of the beautiful Kowhai Tree Karen and S'ean Warren have given us.
We will officially open "Emma's Buddy Bench" which is placed in our Dell area.
Emma was everyone's buddy here at Inglewood Primary, especially anyone new to our school. Emma's seat is a place for us all to sit and remember her beautiful smile, kindness to others, lover of daffodils, plants, worms and animals.
If you would like to join us tomorrow afternoon, please do. We have purchased natural lollies "Squirms" to share with our staff and students (Emma loved worms - real ones).
If you would like to bring along a packet to share, that would be fabulous.
S'ean and Karen will not be attending the memorial, however we do have their blessing with our plans.
