Kia ora whānau,
What a lovely Autumn and what better time for the ills of the world than being able to go outside when at school and throw some leaves around. Great for the soul!
While that ability to be outside and enjoy that Vitamin D makes a difference, so does our continued focus on keeping ourselves safe via all of that handwashing and mask-wearing. Masks are now not compulsory but they can make a difference.
We are noticing that some of our tamariki are bringing them to school but not wearing them. If you wish your child to be wearing a mask and suspect they’re not then let your child’s teacher know.
We have still had a very slow roll over of staff and tamariki with COVID and would love to keep it that way.
Ngā mihi
