10 weeks to go! (Week of March 27th)
The Bettis Blog returns!
Just one week to go!
As we eagerly await the start of spring break we also observe that this week is the LAST week of the third marking period. Students who are missing assignments and or assessments have until Friday to complete those items.
In the event your family is leaving for Spring Break early please be sure arrange the absence(s) with the office and to instruct your student to contact teachers to ensure there are no missing assignments or assessments before grades are finalized.
I will accept missing work for Algebra until Thursday, March 30th. After that time all missing assignments will remain zeros.
Please note: Students will have an assessment on Polynomial Factoring this Wednesday, March 29th in Algebra I.
ASAP Program is running!
Students that need to complete work after school are welcome to attend the ASAP program. Students in my class are able to complete assessment retakes during this time as well.
For this week:
Monday - Mrs. Bettis
Tuesday - Mrs. Van Dop
Wednesday - Ms. Ludwig
Thursday - Mr. Salyer
PSAT on April 11!!
On the Tuesday, April 11th (right after Spring Break) the entire HS school will be in testing. Juniors will take the SAT, Sophomores and Freshmen will take the PSAT 9/10. These district assessments are used to insure students are proficient in standards required by the State of Michigan. The PSAT/NMSQT test is also used to award scholarships college bound students.
