HS Extension Requests
Extension request guidelines.
Extensions at the end of a progress check/marking period will be granted for extenuating circumstances.
If you are requesting an extension that is three(3) school days OR FEWER you must contact your teacher in the course(s) that you are requesting the extension.
Teachers will use their discretion when approving or denying extension requests that are three(3) school days OR FEWER.
If you are requesting an extension FOR MORE THAN three(3) school days, you MUST fill out the extension request form for principal approval (form link provided below). This form can also be found in the High School Homeroom.
All extension requests must be submitted by 12 noon on the date of a Progress Check/End of MP. Dates are as follows:

Thu Oct 18, 2018 - MP 1 Progress Check 2
Thu Nov 8, 2018 -End of MP
Fri Nov 9, 2018 -Start of MP 2
Mon Dec 3, 2018 - MP 2 Progress Check 1
Thu Jan 3, 2019 - MP 2 Progress Check 2
Fri Jan 25, 2019 - End of MP 2
Mon Jan 28, 2019 - Start of MP 3
Fri Feb 15, 2019 - MP 3 Progress Check 1
Mon Mar 11, 2019 - MP 3 Progress Check 2

EXTENSIONS WILL NOT BE GRANTED WITHOUT APPROVAL. EXTENSIONS WILL ALSO NOT BE GIVEN AFTER NOON ON THE DATE OF THE PROGRESS CHECK AND/OR END OF MARKING PERIOD.
