If you're so use to chewing tobacco try chewing gum, chewing sunflower/pumpkin seeds or suck a lollipop.The health problems that it causes is terrible. Tobacco contains over 4,000 different chemicals. At least 50 of them can cause cancer. It builds up tar, Acetone, Benzene, and Nicotine. Tobacco use leads to disease and disability.
