Sheriff Woodruff Reads to Callaway Elementary Students
Read Across America week brought guests and book giveaways into many of our elementary schools. Several community leaders stopped through to read to students and share the importance of literacy. At Callaway Elementary, Troup County Sheriff James Woodruff stopped by to discuss his job responsibilities before reading Hooray for Police Officers! to Mrs. Christy Washington's 4th grade class.
