Math Team takes 1st at Stillman Valley Math Competition!
WNHS Volleyball player Brooke Amann....
Brooke has had an amazing volleyball season this year, and all the years that she has played for WNHS. Brooke has been a 4 year varsity letter winner. She was a key member on 2 IHSA Class 3A Regional Championship teams. She is a 3 time all Kishwaukee River Conference Team member, as well as player of the year in 2018. She was selected to the AVCA All Region team for Region 6 along with several all state teams throughout her high school career. She holds 7 school records including kills per match, season, and career. She also holds the school records in aces in a match, season, and career and digs in a career. Her final career stats are:

- The D 200 art show is coming up December 2 at Woodstock Public library. Reception will be from 6 PM to 7 PM. The show will be held in the library through the month of December. Drop in and check it out!
- Tryouts for Basketball: Boys Basketball (all levels) will begin tryouts this Monday, November 11th at 5:30 p.m. Athletes must be registered on the athletic website and have a current physical on file.
Tryouts and practice for Wrestling - Practice will begin on Monday, November 11th at 8:00 in the wrestling room. Athletes must be registered on the athletic website and have a current physical on file.
Volunteerism Lunchtime Fair: Friday, November 15 will have many of our community partners in the Commons at lunch looking for students to help their organization. If your student needs hours for Cum Laude, or any other reason, this is the place to get them!
Fall Show Opens This Week
Woodstock North High School Theatre presents our 8th Theatre for Young Audiences show: Magic Tree House: A Ghost Tale for Mr. Dickens JR. the Musical. It is an adaptation of book #44 of Mary Pope Osborne's award-winning books. Jack and Annie’s tree house takes them to Victorian London in this holiday-themed story, where they learn the importance of charity and kindness through their friendship with legendary author, Charles Dickens. This performance will surely put you in the holiday spirit. Great for all ages!
North’s own Mr. Olhava is appearing as a book-seller. Mrs. Kim is portraying Queen Victoria and the Kim’s daughter Penny is appearing as Tiny Tim.
Don’t miss this show: we open this Fri Nov.8th 7 pm curtain Sat. Nov 9th curtain, then we run Fri Nov 15th 7 pm curtain and two shows on Sat. Nov 16th 2 pm matinee and 7 pm curtain.
