Dietary guidelines are easy to understand and will help you make good food choices. Learn about what you need to put on your plate to eat healthy. Learn simple strategies and tips for creating healthy meals and snacks.
According to MyPlate guidelines, half of all the food we eat should be fruits and vegetables. Learn how to sneak more fruits and vegetables into your favorite recipes.
All students will explore an interactive site to learn how food labels work!
After learning to read food labels, students will realize that if the ingredients do not clearly belong to one of the MyPlate food sections, it should not be eaten! Check out this website to learn how to interpret what you are eating!
