Get Ready... It's time to go All In!!

Welcome to AdvoCare's 24 Day Challenge! Before you begin, it's important to sit down and think about your goals for these next 24 days. What's your motivation? What do you hope to get out out of the challenge? Weight loss? Increased energy? Overall wellness? Whatever your goal, I'm here to help! Feel free to tell me your goal so I can help keep you motivated.


First, I want you to fill out the attached assessment sheet and take a "before" photo of yourself. Keep it somewhere that you'll see it often and use it for inspiration. I have a pair of jeans hanging on my fridge from when I was in college. While I know that I won't be able to fit into them in 24 days, I do know that I will be well on my way to reaching that goal!


Next, familiarize yourself with the products and the Daily Guide that arrived with your 24 Day Challenge bundle. Below is a video that outlines the challenge and the products. Also, if you have a smart phone, download the 24 Day Challenge app, and visit AdvoCare on Tumblr to get great recipe ideas (http://webuildchampions.tumblr.com/tagged/recipe). Don't hesitate to reach out to me with any questions.


Finally, download and print out the accompanying tools from www.advocare.com/24daychallenge and head to the grocery store! It will be important that you have a plan for the week when things get crazy, stressful, etc and you're tempted to reach for some fast food.


Remember... when you feel like quitting remember why you started!! You can do this, and we're going to do it together!!
