Jungian Archetypes
Carl Gustav Jung was a Swiss psychiatrist who is famous for researching the collective unconscious.
He argued that archetypes are the images, patterns, and symbols that rise out of the collective unconscious and appear in dreams, mythology, and fairy tales.
Now, Jungian archetypes are studied in literature.
