Brian Kenney
Brian has been an active team building facilitator for over 20 years. He has a huge passion for experiential education and learning about the needs of any organization to look deeply at ways they can improve and grow. He graduated from Marquette University with a BA in Psychology and Criminal Justice. He also received a BA in Social Work from Upper Iowa University, followed by a Master’s Degree in Education from UW Steven’s Point. He completed 12 years of military service in the Wisconsin Air National Guard, USAF Reserves and Wisconsin Army National Guard. He is certified as a Cross-Categorical teacher – grades 6-12. Brian taught special education for 14 years where one of his greatest gifts was his way of connecting to youth with team building ideas. Brian’s workshop style is to connect, cultivate positive culture and address a climate where all are validated and affirmed.
Brian specializes in working with businesses and sports teams to assist them in improving their leadership skills and abilities to harness team cohesion and place high value in relationship building and positive connections. Brian also officiates high school football and women’s collegiate basketball.
Leslie Huntington
Huntington earned her bachelor’s degree from Buena Vista College in 1992 and was a two-sport athlete. She played first base and was a co-captain on BVU’s NCAA Division III national runner-up softball team in 1992. She was a GTW/CoSIDA Academic All-Region recipient. She played basketball for four years at the college, whose 1989-1990 team advanced to the Elite Eight of the NCAA tournament.
In 2000 Huntington earned her master’s degree from Iowa State University in health and human performance with an emphasis in sports administration.
She provides instruction for Altoona, Eau Claire, and Seymour youth fastpitch programs and is the director of Blugold Fastpitch Camps and Clinics. She has served UW Eau Claire as a member of the Vice Chancellor-appointed University Assessment Committee, as well as a member of the Campus Strategic Planning Committee and Student-Affairs Strategic Planning Committee.
Huntington is currently doing extensive work in Mental Performance Conditioning and is a consultant for coaches, teams, athletes, school districts, and businesses. Her work includes facilitating the development and implementation of organizational culture, as well as teaching strategies for enhancing mental performance.
Randy Fox
Randy Fox uses his officiating, leadership, and life experiences in delivering ultra high energy presentations to engage audiences and transform their professional and personal lives.
With a twenty-year career as a corporate leader and an accomplished NCAA Basketball Official, Randy has a wealth of knowledge and a unique perspective on effective leadership and teamwork.
His focus is team-building and advocating for the potential in all in order to turn everyday people into superstar leaders. His leadership expertise emphasizes interpersonal value systems and productivity, believing that from one the other naturally follows.
With Randy, audience members will:
- Experience an engaging high energy performance
- Be inspired to action to increase performance and achieve results
- Be encouraged and challenged to make a difference in their work and community
- Discover through real stories how to be the leaders and team members that will change the world

Anne Kerian
Ann most recently worked at KWWL-TV, the NBC affiliate in the Waterloo, Cedar Rapids, Iowa City and Dubuque market. She was tasked with co-anchoring the 5, 6 and 10pm news and covering health stories. Prior to that, she worked at WEAR-TV, the ABC affiliate in Pensacola, Florida. She co-anchored the 10pm news and handled the military affairs beat from 1995-2002. Before moving to Florida, Ann was a bureau chief for WCTI-TV, the ABC affiliate in New Bern, North Carolina. She started her career in her hometown of Minot, North Dakota. She was a reporter, anchor, photographer, weather person, producer and host.
Ann was chosen as one of the Cedar Valley's top 20 under 40 business leaders, an honor given to business leaders under 40 years old. She was also on the Wells Fargo Bank Advisory Board. Ann served on the YMCA Board of Directors and on the Friends of Cedar Valley Hospice Advisory committee. Ann also served 4 years as a board member of Jamie and Jim's Kids, a local group that provides terminally ill children from Eastern Iowa with the trip of a lifetime - a trip to Disney World. She was also a volunteer for the American Cancer Society and served as a volunteer for the Waterloo Youth Hockey Association and St. Edward's school. She was also a board member of the YWCA. Plus, she was nominated for a Mayor’s Volunteer Award by one of her peers.
