Different Tissue types
Dalton Mann
Epithelial Tissue
the epithelial tissue covers up the whole body because of tiny cells closely packed together, this is called the skin. It also covers the lining on our internal organs. As you can see in the picture, the cells are closely together to form a type of protection.
Other Tissue Types
Muscle Tissue
When the Muscle tissue is in working effect, protein filaments slide past each other and this changes the shape of the cell by contracting and stretching the tissue. in the picture you can see what i mean whenever i describe the contracting and pulling of the tissue especially in the bottom picture. the main purpose of the muscle tissue is to produce force and motion.
Nervous Tissue
there are 3 main functions of nervous tissue, sensation, communication, and integration. the nervous tissue sends signals to the brain whether its pain or a good feeling but the nervous tissue is useful for letting yourself know how you feel. the sensation is what you feel, the communication is the communication of the brain and the nerves and the integration is how we react because of the sensation.
Connective Tissue
The connective tissue has many functions as it nutrients in our body for when we need them and it also acts as a cushion and a insulator for your organs. connective tissue also protects joints and connects muscle with bone. it also gives strength to our skin.
Most Important Tissue?
The most important tissue in my opinion considering its functions would be the connective tissue. The connective tissue is necessary for us to live because it connects muscle to bone and it protects our organs, joints and gives more strength to our skin and we need all of these to live. Connective tissue is the best for its job because the fibers in the tissue are elastic, they are very strong and they are supporters for many areas of our body ex) cushion around the organs.
