What to expect during pregnancy
From the Baby and Mother
1 to 3 Months (6-13 Weeks)
Mother (6 Weeks) - Developes a split personality, and mood swings. This happens because the mother and babies hormones are combining.
Baby (6 Weeks) - Mouth nose and ears are starting to form. Heats beats are 100 to 160 times a minute and intestines begin developing.
Mother (11 Weeks) - Becomes nausea, energetic, eating unhealthy and gain about 2 to 5 pounds.
Baby ( 11 Weeks)- Tooth buds begin forming, move more and begin hiccuping often.
Mother (13 Weeks)- Breasts start to form colostrum before milk forms.
Baby (13 Weeks)- About 3 inches long and fingertips starts to form. Organs and Veins become visible.
4 to 6 Months (18-27 Weeks)
Mother (18 Weeks) - Appetite increases rapidily. Blood pressure decreases and have to lay on your side so blood can go to your heart.
Baby (18 Weeks) - Weighs about 7 ounces. Blood vessel become visible, and nerves form if its a boy penis begins to form. If its a girl eggs begin forming.
Mother (23 Weeks) - Feet and ankles swell. Begin to feel sluggish and harder to see feet and bend over.
Baby (23 Weeks)- Weighs over a pound and more than 11 inches long. Picks up a liitle bit of the outside world noises.
Mother (27 Weeks)- Aching back, and leg cramps start to happen. Exercising will help them feel more comfortable and relieved.
Baby (27 Weeks)- Weighs about 2 pounds and 14 1/2 inches long. Eyes begin to open and close. Brain starts to become active.
7 to 9 Months (31 to 42 Weeks)
Mother (31 Weeks)- Begin to have more back and hip pains.
Baby (31 Weeks)- Weighs about 3 pound or more (size of melon). Fetal position until birth.
Mother (37 Weeks) - Doctors approve sex during pregnancy.
Baby (37 Weeks)- Umbilical cord gives the baby anti-bodies to prevent infections from outside world.
Mother (42 Weeks)- Doctors warn you that baby may not come on due date.
Baby ( 42 weeks)- Baby ready for outside world.
