A quick look at great technology to make your life easier
More Google Drive Tips
Recently, I sat down and organized my Google Drive. Once it was all organized nice and neat, my life felt so much more complete. After a little research, I found that my Google Drive can do so much more than I realized. Here are some tips to make sure you are making Google Drive work for you.
Collaborating with Others
The revision history lets you not only see who has revised the document but also allows you to go back and use an old version. For example, if someone went in and changed your document incorrectly, you would be able to go to a previous version to start over. You can also see if your students made the corrections you suggested without having to remember each suggestion.
Chat While Collaborating
When more than one person are viewing a document at the same time, you can chat and collaborate as you are working!
Search for User
Type a name in the search bar at the top of the screen and easily find someone's documents. This is especially helpful if you have had your students send you documents and you are trying to find one.
Create links in your bookmark bar to quickly be able to create documents, spreadsheets and more. Simply drag the link to your bookmark bar and it will be there the next time you need it.
