October 31 - November 4
CMS Parent Outreach Program
The annual CMS Feed Moffat County Food Drive was kicked off during the pep rally on Friday, October 14, 2016. The food drive will continue until November 11, 2016. Our goal this year will be to bring in one ton of nonperishable food and $4,000.00 cash for the Interfaith Food Bank. WE NEED THE COMMUNITY'S HELP IN ORDER TO MEET OUR GOAL! During the food drive, students are encouraged to bring in nonperishable food donations and/or monetary donations. One dollar equals four cans. Last year, CMS donated over 2,000 pounds of nonperishable food and $4,372.00 in cash. We provided 60,000 meals to Craig residents through our efforts, making us the Interfaith Food Bank's third largest contributor. In the past, students have done several fundraisers, including volleyball tournaments, kickball tournaments, bake sales, etc. in order to raise money. Students also get donations from parents and local businesses that are extremely helpful. If you can help, please donate. Should you have questions or concerns, do not hesitate to contact us. Thank you.
