ROAD TO SUCCESS
Parents,
We have begun our online reading tracking program, Road To Success, here in the library. Your student should be coming home with a bookmark with their login information this week. Your student already has an account in RTS and has been assigned a classroom. All you have to do is login and add your own parent/guardian email to link to their student account. There are digital prizes that can be redeemed online, through the parent email linked to the student account, and I will be tracking their reading days for prizes here in the library. Our school recommends that each student reads at least 20 minutes each day outside of school. This is a great program to make reading fun!
Each account username is the letter S then their 4 digit student number. (Ex. S1234)
Each password is the student's grade level 4 times. (Ex. 1111 for a 1st grade student)
Kindergarten = 0000
1st grade = 1111
2nd grade = 2222
3rd grade = 3333
4th grade = 4444
5th grade = 5555

Thank you for shopping at the Book Fair. Because of your support this was the most successful fair in PHES history! 80% of the proceeds from your purchases go directly to the school and that will make a lot of teachers and students happy this year. We appreciate you!

Utah Parent Center
Hello amazing Providence Hall parents!! Welcome back to school!! Another amazing year is well underway!! My name is Rochelle Thompson and I am your Utah Parent Center (UPC) Parent Advocate.
The mission of the UPC is to help parents help their children, youth and young adults with all disabilities to live included and productive lives as members of the community. We accomplish our mission by providing accurate information, empathetic peer support, valuable training and effective advocacy based on the concept of parents helping parents. I have a son with disabilities that attended a charter school and was part of their Special Education Program. I work exclusively with parents of special needs students that attend charter schools.
If you feel your child would qualify for special education, please reach out to me and I can help walk you through the evaluation process. Also, if you have questions about your Individualized Education Program (IEP) or your child’s 504 plan, I can help. I will work with you to be better prepared for school meetings (and I can also attend school meetings with you). I am here to give you support every step of the way. Please look for additional upcoming information regarding parent workshops that will be taught throughout the year!! Also, please visit our website at utahparentcenter.org and go to our events tab. You can join in on any workshop center wide as they all have a virtual option.
You have an amazing Special Education and Administration Team. Providence Hall’s administration values parents with children with disabilities by providing this additional level of assistance and support!!!
I am YOUR advocate! I am ready and willing to help!!
