Distance Learning Updates and Announcements, May 22, 2020
A Message from Principal Ghereben
Can you believe that we only have one week of school left? I'm sure you are all anxious about finishing the school year, and desire a much needed break from Distance Learning.
The Proctor staff loved seeing our school community come out for the Family Car Parade! Thank you too all the families who decorated their cars with so many positive messages to our teachers and staff! What a positive and uplifting event to begin this holiday weekend, and the end of the school year. We loved seeing all our students' sweet faces once again!
As we begin to wrap up the school year next week, and students retrieve their belongings, your classroom teacher will include your child's Report Card. If you are unable to attend either pick-up day, your classroom teacher will email you a PDF of the report Card by Friday, May 29th, so please do your best to attend these days.
Attached to this message below, you will find a letter written by our Director of Curriculum and Instruction to our school communities informing you about a few changes to how the Trimester 3 report card will be filled out, and our reasoning behind these changes.
If you have questions after reviewing the report card next week, please contact your classroom teacher.
Thank you for your continued partnership and support throughout this Distance Learning journey. We look forward to seeing you in the 2020-21 school year.
Sincerely,
Heather Ghereben
Proctor Principal
