Friday, October 29 Halloween Parade
Attention family and friends! Join our Labradors on Friday, October 29 at 8:40 a.m. for an outdoor Halloween Parade.
- EVERYONE must wear a mask outdoors.
- Once you enter campus at 8:30, please head to the back lawn/blacktop area.
- Adults must remain on the outside of the designated parade area.
- Students will parade on the inside with their class.
- After each class completes the loop, they will head back to their classroom door.
- Parents may join their child's class outdoors to take photos.
- When students enter their classroom, parents must exit campus.
- Be safe and have fun!!

I listen to other people’s ideas and feelings. I try to see things from their viewpoint (paradigm). I listen to others without interrupting. I listen with my ears, my eyes, and my heart. I am confident in voicing my ideas.

Livermore Learns Parent Webinar
Wednesday, October 13 from 7-8pm: Positive Behavior Strategies at HomeFacilitated by Liisa Hanninen-Danner, parents will learn what PBIS is and how they can apply these strategies at home to help their students develop skills they can use at school and throughout their lives. Bikes and Brews Fundraiser
Bikes and Brews Fundraiser: The Livermore Valley Craft Brew Foundation, in partnership with TAG Real Estate, is hosting their annual Bikes and Brews event
on Saturday, October 9, 2021. This event raises funds to purchase bikes, helmets and locks for LVJUSD middle school students. While tickets for the event are sold out, there are still ways to
donate to the cause, including a silent auction. Please include the link to the event in your newsletters and/or social media pages. (

PTO Important Information
Pie Fundraiser 10/15-11/1
It's time to empty out your freezers to make way for pies, pies, and more pies! We are delighted to bring back our favorite Pie Fundraiser and Lawrence tradition from October 15th - November 1st. Pie Sale Forms will go home in your student's backpack during the week of October 11th. Proceeds directly benefit staff grants, staff appreciation, family events, and school projects. A drive-through pie pick-up will be on November 17th, from 4:00-5:30 PM at Lawrence.
Modified Trunk-or-Treat on 10/22, 4-6PM
What is a Trunk-or-Treat? A Trunk-or-Treat is a fun and sometimes hilarious way to celebrate Halloween by decorating your trunk and we are so excited to bring back a modified version of this tradition! Register to decorate the back of your car into something spooky, creative, a favorite movie theme, or even into your Labrador's class mascot or theme! How will this year's Trunk-or-Treat be different? Masks are required for everyone. We will have a one-direction path to walk along, enjoy the trunks on the blacktop, and cast your votes for Best In Show, Spookiest, and Best Character or Theme from a book, movie or show! Candy will safely be distributed in individual bags at the exit. Pre-ordered caramel apples, sold by 5th Graders this year for camp, will also be distributed upon exiting. A photo booth and cake walk freeze dance will also be a part of the festivities. Let's get ready for some spooktacular and safe fun this year!

Our Candy Monsters will be out and very hungry at each of our drop-off entrances on the mornings of October 4th-15th. For each bag of candy or trinkets your Labrador feeds the monsters, they’ll get 5 special Paw Awards in return.
