School Report Card Availability
At the link, you will find a copy of the State of Texas 2017–18 School Report Card for the schools in Medina Valley ISD. This is a report required by the Texas Legislature and prepared by the Texas Education Agency. It is to be sent to the parent or guardian of every child enrolled in a Texas public school. The report provides information concerning student performance on the State of Texas Assessments of Academic Readiness (STAAR®), as well as information on student enrollment, class size averages, and financial expenditures.
State law requires that the School Report Card display information about the state, the district, and the school. Where possible, the information must be reported by race/ethnicity and socioeconomic status of the students and must include at least two years of results.
The School Report Cards, as well as other important accountability information, can be found at www.mvisd.com/accountability

Victory Lane Sign Relocation
The Victory Lane sign, which has been in a state of disrepair for some time now, is scheduled to be removed from its current location next week. The removal is due in part to a widening project planned for Victory Lane (CR 4712).
Thanks to several very generous donors, the sign will be reconstructed on school property in the coming months.
The sign's new location will be at the intersection of Victory Lane and FM 471. Once the reconstruction is complete, a rededication event will be scheduled and announced.
