The "Tri-State Tornado" killed 695 people and injured 2,027, traveling more than 300 miles through Missouri, it would have been scary to be there because it was big and killed a lot of people

The marn and cold air mixed together which started to make a funnel cloud which soon started to form a tornado

They died or lost their homes , also may have lost loved ones and even personal value
What were some of the environmental effects of this event?
$17 million in property damage. Known as the “Tri-State Tornado,” the deadly twister began its northeast track in Ellington, Missouri, but southern Illinois was the hardest hit. More than 500 of the total 695 people who perished were killed in southern Illinois, including 234 in Murphrysboro and 127 in West Frankfort.

Because of the weather some places it can make it to where cold air and hot air mix with some wind which can usually make tornados
